Our reserved room block is currently full. Additional rooms may still be available at the hotel outside of our wedding block and can be booked directly through the hotel, subject to availability.

Complimentary transportation will be provided between SpringHill Suites Willow Park and Stillwater Meadow. Shuttle service to the venue will begin at 4:00 PM. The shuttle seats 23 guests, so multiple trips will be made as needed. Return transportation to the hotel will begin at 10:30 PM and continue through the end of the reception, with a final trip following our 11:00 PM send-off.
