This hotel is a new construction that opened around a year ago, and is located just a short drive from the venue, Stillwater Meadow. Please let Hailey or Rawley know if you encounter any issues booking at the link provided below, as we may need to request additional rooms be added to the block.

Complimentary transportation will be provided between SpringHill Suites Willow Park and Stillwater Meadow. Shuttle service to the venue will begin at 4:00 PM. The shuttle seats 23 guests, so multiple trips will be made as needed. Return transportation to the hotel will begin at 10:30 PM and continue through the end of the reception, with a final trip following our 11:00 PM send-off.
