Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. There will be cocktails and appetizers served outdoors between the ceremony and reception.

Yes, transportation will be provided between SpringHill Suites Willow Park and Stillwater Meadow. Shuttle service to the venue will begin at 4:00 PM. Return transportation to the hotel will begin at 10:30 PM. Multiple trips will be made, as needed!

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating inside the chapel (and to enjoy the string quartet beginning at 4:45 PM).
